Be our guest: Andreu World Brandy chair

With its enveloping form, Andreu World’s Brandy chair works as effortlessly in the boardroom as it does in a living room or waiting room.

Brandy is a highly versatile collection of armchairs and lounge chairs that feature an embracing and comfortable design. Designed by Barcelona-based Lievore Altherr Molina, Brandy reflects the multi-disciplinary studio’s humanist approach to furniture design with a form that is functional, fresh and understated. Brandy reflects the timeless design style of the trio behind Lievore Altherr Molina, and like much of their work for Andreu World, it reinterprets traditional furniture forms with innovative design.

Brandy Chair with Aluminium Base

Andreu World launched Brandy at NeoCon 2012 where it won silver in the “guest seating” category in the Best of NeoCon awards. It has since proved its popularity and longevity.

Brandy Cantilever

The chair consists of two geometries – the circle and square – that are joined in smooth transition through the continuous line of the upholstered back and arms. The base is available in a variety of metal and wood options. These include a polished aluminium swivel base or central base with five casters; steel cantilever, sled or four-legged based; and solid beech wood legs with or without a swivel base. Brandy is also available with a fully enclosed upholstered base.

Brandy Armchair

The different bases, finishes and fabric options allow for a multitude of customisation possibilities, making it ideal for all types of project applications and environments from commercial and hospitality through to residential and public spaces.
