By law, we are obliged to provide a 12 months warranty on our products. Our suppliers all offer this or more to us. Some specific projects require more than the standard 12 months warranty. Requests for extended warranties are to be directed to KE-ZU management who will in turn seek to secure confirmation of the extended warranty from the manufacturer. In the unusual event of a claim, we have found our suppliers typically back up their product 100%.
For all GECA certified products, KE-ZU provide a 7 year warranty on their products to be free of manufacturing defects or faults from date of delivery. This warranty excludes damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse or misuse of the product other than it’s intended purpose, or changes in finishes due to environmental factors. KE ZU is proud to offer replacement parts to all KE ZU customers. Due to the local assembly of so many products, most replacement parts are kept in stock. All replacement parts are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or faults during the warranty period. By law, we are obliged to provide a 12-month warranty on our products. KE-ZU Pty Ltd is committed to undertaking a product stewardship program, under which all products manufactured by KE-ZU Pty Ltd can be returned through the selected distributor for recycling at the end of product life.
No other costs are chargeable to the consumer apart from the transport cost to the KE-ZU Pty Ltd warehouse.
KE-ZU Pty Ltd ensures that all GECA certified furniture returned at product end of life will be recycled through relevant resource recovery networks and will not be sent to landfill or incineration.
Please contact your distributor of KE-ZU Pty Ltd products to arrange return of goods. Tax receipt or some other document evidence from original purchase must be retained in order to facilitate resource recovery.
Our warehouse team is available to deliver within the Sydney Metro area and includes removal of all rubbish and placement of goods ordered, unless specified otherwise. Delivery will usually occur between 7:30AM – 3:30PM, Monday to Friday - any out of hours deliveries can be arranged and will incur a fee. For any deliveries outside of the Sydney Metro, such as regional or interstate, we use well established, quality furniture removalists.
For imported products, an indicative lead time will apply and vary depending on the origin of the products ordered, the quantity ordered, or any other relevant factor.
