Meet our guest collaborators

Cushla McFadden, Director Tom Mark Henry


Cushla McFadden, director of Tom Mark Henry brings her adept creativity and systematic delivery approach to design that sees unique design resolutions realised with each project. She gains a great deal of satisfaction when a project is truly collaborative and a number of factors contribute to its success.

Cushla completed a degree in Interior Architecture at the University of New South Wales, after which she moved to New York to gain experience in an international practice before founding Tom Mark Henry with Jade Nottage in 2014.

 

Jade Nottage, Director Tom Mark Henry


Jade takes an artistic approach to design, influenced by her interest in art, her love of painting and understanding of historical design periods. She draws inspiration from colour, proportions and places high value on the narrative of each design brief.

Jade values human connection, seeking to ensure that Tom Mark Henry’s work makes a lasting impression and positive cultural impact, whilst also building meaningful and long lasting relationships with her colleagues at TMH. Jade has a Bachelor of Interior Architecture with Honours from the University of New South Wales and an advanced Diploma in Fashion and Textile Design, both of which encouraged her love of expressive and layered design.

 

Carla Matias, Design Manager Tom Mark Henry


Carla Matias, Design Manager, is a skilled and highly experienced Interior Designer and Project Manager. Under the onus of the Tom Mark Henry guru, Carla leads our studio toward the collective goal of creating great spaces with even greater ambition. Her strengths in design communication and a heightened aptitude for materiality make Carla a visionary chain-link in the story that is Tom Mark Henry.

Carla graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with Honours in Interior Architecture in 2014. Since she has made waves in commercial and residential design at Tom Mark Henry, setting a strong benchmark for innovative interiors.

 

Genevieve Wild, Design Director - Wildly Illuminating


In 2014, Genevieve Wild found her calling in lighting design and established Wildly Illuminating. With a background as an in-house designer for a high-end Italian lighting manufacturer, Genevieve's project and product knowledge is extensive. Her belief that lighting should enhance a space, evoke emotions, and promote well-being is at the core of Wildly Illuminating's dynamic, independent, and creative approach to architectural lighting design.

Driven by her passion for the science and art of light, Genevieve has pursued additional studies in Passive House design and lighting for well-being in healthcare and education. With expertise in building, interior design, and landscaping, Genevieve brings a unique understanding of construction and light installation to her work.
