This series of photographs explores the Dinka people's assimilation with their cattle. When the boys of the village reach adulthood, they are presented with an ox.  The relationship between the two becomes something magical as they become inseparable in a companionship rarely seen in our society, and so fortunately captured for us to marvel. Perhaps the Gods aren’t so crazy after all.
