Spotlight on Sydney: Design Week 2010

70 events over 16 days at 25 venues - that's quite a program!

Sydney Design Week 2010 takes off this Saturday the 31st and will run in all it's forms, across the city, for over two weeks.

Excitingly, Workshopped is back for the 10th year: "A Design Decade"  Started in 2000 as a showcase for emerging product, lighting and furniture designers 2010 marks it's milestone birthday.

Hosted by Chifley Plaza and co-presented by the Powerhouse Museum, Workshopped 10 features emerging Australian designers who are showing their products for the first time on home ground... NOT to be missed and best of all: it's free!

August 5-14 / 8.30am - 6.30 pm each day.

Again: this is only the tip of the iceberg! Head over to the Design Week Website and check out the program for yourself.  There is so much to see and do, including a handy PDF event and exhibition calendar you can download.
