The South West of Sydney is growing quickly. With expanding population and connection to Sydney’s future 2nd airport, the Rydges Hotel at Campbelltown needs to retain it’s position as a venue of choice in the Macarthur area of Sydney. With access to growing businesses the design of the hotel and fitout of the rooms must respond to both the weekday business market and the weekend recreational market, supporting the expansive venues at the Catholic Club.
Rydges Hotel, Campbelltown is part of a resort-style entertainment precinct in Campbelltown, NSW. The hotel was one the of the first Australian hotels to be built under the Building Code of Australia’s (then) new ‘Part J’ requirements. Part J of the code set specific standards for energy efficiency and thermal performance.
