Architectus’ design for the Qantas business lounge expansion at Brisbane International Airport reflects the quality and professionalism for which Qantas is internationally known.
The lounge form takes its cues from aviation design, with the gentle curves reflecting the lines of the recently updated Qantas kangaroo logo. The design aesthetic is inspired by the natural beauty of Queensland and works cohesively with the established lounge located above. Warm natural tones and textures were carefully selected for durability and to reflect the Queensland environment.
