The new Bupa headquarter in The Quayside, Hong Kong, which occupies over 66,000 square feet across two floors with a contemporary in-floor staircase and sea view, will house over 960 office-based employees. The new office features flexible workspaces for both focused activities and collaboration; optimised lighting that mimic natural daylight, ergonomic furnitures, and a dedicated wellness room.
Despite a growing trend to move away from conventional office spaces, the relocation to The Quayside represents Bupa's belief in investing in quality spaces to stimulate innovation and collaboration amongst office-based employees. The modern design is a co-creation across employees, professional architects, and designers, who were involved with the project from concept to completion. Employees are empowered to adopt a hybrid working approach, supporting increased flexibility and productivity.
