505 Sofa, designed and patented by Miguel Laso Llopis for Expormim, is a classic piece. Its dual functionality, achieved through an innovative structure featuring two sliding racks to transform the sofa into a double bed, coupled with its Mediterranean charm (combining wood and rattan materials), led to its popularity as a best seller in Spanish summer homes during the seventies and eighties.

In its newer version, the sofa has been updated with increased dimensions to better suit today's average percentiles. Additionally, the upholstered parts have been enhanced with more comfortable padding, and a zippered base, which when unfolded, serves as a mattress, providing added convenience and comfort.
