  • About the Product

Representing a new four-legged evolution of the Ema line, it shares the same design goals; lightness, strength and stackable up to 30 chairs. It comes with an optional open back rest for easier handling and is ideal for large spaces where rapid seating layouts need to be alternatively deployed and stored at different times. The polypropylene seat and back, available in a wide range of colours, may also be upholstered. A number of different models are available; an open back design acting as an easy to grasp handle as well as an elegant full back design that is especially well suited the the upholstered option. May be specified with or without arms. A removable writing tablet and linking glides are also available. Ema also comes as a barstool in two seat heights, again either with polypropylene seat and back or upholstered.
  • The Brand

In 1984, Eredu S. Coop, a Spanish manufacturer of outdoor furniture, decided to turn their hand to furniture compatible with the office and home market instead. It was obviously the right decision. Launching their new products at the FIM Trade Fair in Valencia, Enea demonstrated a certain flair for modern contract furniture suitable for spaces ranging from private interiors and offices, to hotels, restaurants, auditoriums and conference halls. The critical acclaim to this fledgling company was immediate, and ENEA continues to surprise with its innovation, versatility, comfort and functionality.
