How to order

Q. How can I place my order?

A. You can place your order online. Simply select desired products and click on ADD TO ORDER. For more than one of the same item, click on drop down for the desired quantity and select. Reduce the quantity in the same manner or to remove the item, select 0. If you want to add additional products to the same order, click on CONTINUE BROWSING to return to our home page specials or select one of the product categories on the left hand menu. Once your order is complete, click on SUBMIT ORDER where your profile will be confirmed or need to be created. Comments can be added to your order at this stage. Click again on SUBMIT ORDER and your order will be processed at KE-ZU. We'll then contact you to arrange payment and collection or delivery [at an additional charge]. Q. Do prices on the site include GST?

A. Yes, all prices quoted on our site are inclusive of GST.

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. Once your order has been processed at KE-ZU, we'll contact you to arrange payment. You can pay by using your Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard over the phone, by cheque or Bpay.

Q. How do I collect my order?

A. Once payment has been received, we will fax, mail or email a Tax Invoice to you with copy to our warehouse. Upon receipt, call our warehouse on 02.9519.0485 quote your invoice # and confirm a suitable time for collection or delivery.
