Farolillo is part of Luzifer's imaginative new collection of playful and organic designs called 'Light & Nature' by Australian team: Bang Design. Born from boyhood memories of adorning the family Christmas tree with 'Lantern style' decorations that were somehow reminiscent of archetypal Asian paper lanterns, the Farolillo lamps evoke an universal fondness and familiarity from their elegant form. The outer-shade is created with a slotted wood veneer cylinder that is secured circumferentially to an internal cylinder-diffuser. This arrangement allows the outer-shade to 'billow-out' when compressed, achieving a 'lantern shape' that can be played with and ordered, either in a subtles hallow form or a dramatic ballooned form. Farolillo suspension lamp in natural timber veneer is available in American white wood, yellow, grey, beech, orange, cherry, green, ash, red and grey and supplied in three sizes. Also available as a table lamp.
Whilst every care is taken the colour of timber veneers, metals and fabric finishes displayed on a computer screen can deviate from the actual colour due to individual screen settings and image reproduction.
