Variations to grain and colour occur naturally and these may be evident in the finished product. |

Should be of a minimum width of 137cm.
Meterages quoted assume no pattern-matching and are non-directional.
KE-ZU is not responsible for the suitability or any liability with respect to fabric supplied.

Payment in full is required at time of order placement.
KE-ZU will contact you immediately on receipt of order to arrange payment.

| PRICING |
All pricing is inclusive of GST.
Pricing is ex. KE-ZU Warehouse at Alexandria, Sydney unless Andreu World Pacific product which is also available ex COMAX manufacturing facility in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane at no additional charge.
Orders at this Clearance pricing can only be made via this website. |
| TITLE |
All goods remain the property of KE-ZU Pty Ltd until paid for in full. |
| LEAD TIME |
Clearance items are ex stock and can usually be collected within 2 working days subject to receipt of payment. Please note that Andreu World Pacific products are stocked unfinished and unupholstered. Consequently, delivery can be 4-5 weeks depending of availability of fabric being supplied.
Confirmation of lead time is subject to final order quantity and product availability.
KE-ZU will not be liable for any claims arising from delay in delivery.

COLLECTION
DELAYS |
In the event of delayed collection due to customer request, KE-ZU will hold the order in part or whole beyond the original date free of charge for one week subject to payment having been received in full. After this the customer will need to make alternative arrangements for storage. Should KE-ZU be requested to store the goods the customer will be invoiced for storage at a rate of $75/cubic metre/month or part thereof for the total volume of items held. |
| WARRANTY |
KE-ZU Pty Ltd are providing no warranties for products sold under these sale conditions.
Please note that as wood is a natural material, light tone differences among the various elements that make up the product may occur. Moreover, if the products are purchased in different periods, the elapsed time and climatic conditions can cause variations in colour and/or tonality and KE-ZU Pty. Ltd. cannot accept any claim in this regard.
KE-ZU will not accept any returns of goods purchased from the Clearance Website.
